Orders & Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. With Stripe, you can securely use all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. Our entire website is protected by SSL encryption. Furthermore, we do not store your credit card information. All transactions are processed by our trusted and PCI-compliant payment partners, Stripe and PayPal.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

You may request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing us at contact@letsox.com. After this 12-hour window, your order may have already entered the processing stage, and we cannot guarantee a cancellation.

4. How do I know my order was successful?

After placing your order, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

Shipping & Delivery

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our total estimated delivery time is 7 to 11 business days. This is broken down into:

  • Order Processing: 2 to 4 business days (Mon-Fri).

  • Shipping Time: 5 to 7 business days (Mon-Fri) via USPS.

6. How much does shipping cost?

We have a simple shipping rate structure:

  • A flat rate of $7.99 applies to all orders under $199.

  • We offer FREE shipping on all orders of $199 or more.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

8. Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses?

We do ship to P.O. Boxes within the United States via USPS. However, we are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

9. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

Returns & Exchanges

10. What is your return policy?

You can return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible, the shoes must be in their original, unworn condition with no signs of wear, and in their original, undamaged shoe box. Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

11. How do I start a return?

Simply email us at contact@letsox.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

12. Who pays for return shipping?

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or size preference, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

13. How do I exchange an item for a different size or style?

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase for a full refund and place a new order.

14. How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (PayPal or Stripe).

15. How do I know which size to order?

We recommend checking the “Size Guide” link available on our product pages. Please also read the product descriptions, as we may include specific notes about the fit of certain styles. For the best result, we suggest trying on your new shoes on a clean, carpeted surface.

16. What should I do if I receive a defective product?

We stand by the quality of our products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 60 days of your purchase under our Warranty Policy. Email us at contact@letsox.com with photos of the issue, and we will assist you.
