About Us

Who We Are

LetSox is a small apparel brand that makes custom-printed clothing for people who want something a little different in their wardrobe. We’re not a massive operation with warehouses full of inventory — every single item we sell is printed after you order it. That means less waste, more intention behind each piece, and a product that was made specifically for you.

We’re based out of Santa Monica, California, and we ship across the lower 48 states. Our parent company is X19 Garment Joint Stock Company, a garment business with roots in Vietnam’s textile industry. We set up LetSox to bring that manufacturing background into the US e-commerce space, focusing on printed apparel that’s simple, well-made, and straightforward to buy.

What We Do

We sell graphic tees and printed apparel. No fancy gimmicks, no subscription boxes, no upsells you didn’t ask for. You pick a design, we print it on a quality blank garment, check it for defects, pack it up, and ship it to your door through FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Our production model is print-on-demand. That means we don’t pre-produce hundreds of shirts and hope they sell. Each order triggers the printing process, which takes about 3 to 5 business days. After that, shipping runs another 6 to 8 business days. It’s not Amazon speed, but it means you’re getting something made for you — not pulled off a shelf that’s been sitting in a warehouse for months.

Why We Started This

Honestly? Because we thought we could do it well. The team behind LetSox has spent years working in garment production and e-commerce operations. We’ve seen how the supply chain works from the factory floor to the checkout page, and we wanted to build something where we could control the quality from start to finish.

We’re not going to pretend we’ve been around for decades or that we’ve shipped millions of orders. We’re a new brand, and we’re building this one customer at a time. What we can promise is that we care about getting it right — the print quality, the packaging, the customer experience, the policies. All of it.

How We Operate

Transparency is something we take seriously, especially as a new business trying to earn your trust. Here’s how things work behind the scenes:

Every order is produced by our fulfillment partner in the United States. We don’t manufacture in-house — we work with a print-on-demand provider who handles the printing and ships directly to you. This is a standard model in the apparel industry, and it lets us offer a wide range of designs without the risk of overproduction.

Our payment processing runs through Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your credit card details. Our site is SSL encrypted, and we use Google Consent Mode V2 for cookie compliance.

All of our policies — shipping, returns, privacy, payments — are written by us, not copied from a template generator. We wrote them to reflect how we actually operate, not how we wish we operated. If something changes, we update the policy. You can find all of them linked in the footer of every page.

What We Believe In

We’re not going to hit you with a mission statement that sounds like it came out of a corporate brochure. Here’s what actually matters to us:

Be honest about what we sell. If a shirt is printed on a cotton-blend blank, we say so. If delivery takes 9 to 13 business days, we say so. We’d rather set the right expectation than overpromise and disappoint.

Make the buying process simple. No pop-ups begging you to spin a wheel. No countdown timers pretending a deal is about to expire. Just products, prices, and a clean checkout.

Handle problems like adults. If something arrives damaged, we fix it. If you’re not happy, we have a 30-day return policy. We don’t hide behind fine print or make it hard to reach a real person.

A Note from the Founder

I’ll keep this short. LetSox is new, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. We haven’t been featured in magazines, we don’t have celebrity endorsements, and we’re not backed by venture capital. This is a bootstrapped business built by people who know garment production and want to do e-commerce the right way.

What I can tell you is that every policy on this site is something we actually follow. Every timeline we list is based on real production and shipping data, not wishful thinking. And every customer who has an issue will hear back from a real person — not a bot, not an auto-reply that goes nowhere.

We’re here to build something we’re proud of, and we’d love for you to be part of that from the beginning.

— Founder, LetSox
