Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority at letsox. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines the procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return. Any return requests submitted after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in its original, unworn condition, showing no signs of wear. This means there should be no creases, scuffs on the upper, or any marks or dirt on the outsoles.

The item must be in its original packaging, including the original shoe box, which must also be in pristine, undamaged condition.

All original tags must be attached.
We highly recommend trying on shoes on a clean, carpeted surface to ensure they remain in returnable condition.
3. Non-Returnable Items Please note that items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
4. How to Initiate a Return Please follow these steps to return your item:

Contact Us First: Email our customer support team at contact@letsox.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Receive Authorization: We will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions, including the return shipping address. Do not send items back without receiving authorization first.

Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original shoe box, and place it inside another shipping box to protect it during transit.

Ship Your Item: Ship the package to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs

For Customer Preference Returns: If you are returning an item due to reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or not liking the style, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

For Our Error or Defective Items: If the return is a result of our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a prepaid shipping label in such cases.
6. Refunds

Inspection Process: Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.

Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or credit/debit card via Stripe).

Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
7. Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for any eligible returns.
8. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to return your original item for a full refund and place a new order for the desired item.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request to change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at contact@letsox.com. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has already entered the processing stage.
10. Damaged or Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you believe you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
11. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages that are refused by the recipient or returned to us as undeliverable will be processed as a return. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
