Thank you for choosing letsox. We are dedicated to ensuring a clear, transparent, and efficient shipping process. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment of your orders.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days.

  • Business Hours: Our business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT), excluding U.S. federal holidays.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM (PT) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates, Carrier, and Delivery Times

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

  • Shipping Area: We ship to physical street addresses and P.O. Boxes within the United States.

  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time, once the order has been shipped, is 5 to 7 business days.

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Please expect a total estimated delivery window of 7 to 11 business days (2-4 days for processing + 5-7 days for shipping).

  • Shipping Rates:

    • A flat rate of $7.99 USD for Shipping & Handling applies to all orders under $199.00 USD.

    • FREE Standard Shipping is provided for all orders of $199.00 USD or more.

3. Shipping Restrictions

While we ship to P.O. Boxes, we are currently unable to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Orders addressed to military addresses will be canceled.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier’s website.

5. Taxes & Handling Charges

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page. The amount of tax charged is based on current state and local tax rates at the location of your shipping address.

  • Handling Charges: There are no additional handling charges. The shipping fee, if applicable, is inclusive of all handling and packaging costs.

6. Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. FRAGA GROUP LLC is not liable for orders lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you need to make a change to your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact@letsox.com. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in the processing stage.

7. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

FRAGA GROUP LLC is not liable for packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen after they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We recommend taking photos of the package and saving all packaging materials to assist with your claim. While we are not responsible, please contact our support team, and we will offer our assistance where possible.

8. Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to factors beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, carrier strikes, or unforeseen transportation issues.
