Warranty Policy

At letsox, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell. We have selected our brand partners based on their reputation for quality craftsmanship. This policy outlines our limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

1. Scope of Limited Warranty

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. A manufacturing defect is a flaw in the product that was present at the time of purchase and is not the result of normal wear and tear or misuse.

2. What is Covered?

Examples of manufacturing defects covered by this warranty include:

  • Defective stitching or seams that come undone.

  • Separation of the sole from the upper part of the shoe.

  • Faulty or broken hardware (e.g., buckles, eyelets).

3. What is NOT Covered?

This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear: Scuffs, scrapes, worn-down outsoles, creasing, and fading that occur from regular use.

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care: Water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, damage from abrasive surfaces, or failure to follow care instructions.

  • Accidental damage: Rips, tears, burns, or stains caused by the owner.

  • Fit and comfort issues: These are covered under our 30-day Refund and Returns Policy.

4. Warranty Period

We offer a limited warranty for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. Any claims submitted after this 60-day period will not be eligible under this policy.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support team at contact@letsox.com.

  2. Provide Information: In your email, please include:

    • Your original order number.

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Clear photographs showing the alleged defect from multiple angles.

  3. Evaluation: Our team will review your claim and the provided evidence to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty. We reserve the right to make the final determination.

6. Resolution of Approved Claims

If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • A replacement with the same item (subject to availability).

  • A store credit for the original purchase price of the item.

Please note that a cash refund is not an option for warranty claims made after our 30-day return period has expired.

7. Important Distinction from Our Returns Policy

This Warranty Policy is separate from our 30-day Refund and Returns Policy. The Returns Policy covers issues like wrong size, change of mind, or other preferences within 30 days of receipt. This Warranty Policy specifically covers manufacturing defects that may become apparent after initial use, within 60 days of purchase.
