Shipping Policy
Every order at LetSox is printed fresh after you place it. We don’t keep pre-made inventory sitting on shelves — your design gets printed, checked, and packed once your payment goes through. That’s why our processing times are a bit longer than a typical retail store, but it also means you’re getting something made just for you.
Here’s everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Where We Ship
Right now, we only ship within the contiguous United States — that’s the lower 48 states.
We’re not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. If you accidentally place an order with one of these addresses, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
Order Processing
Our team works Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). We don’t process orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
If you place your order before 4:00 PM PT on a weekday, it goes into our production queue that same day. Orders that come in after 4:00 PM PT, or over the weekend, will start processing the next business day.
From there, handling takes about 3 to 5 business days. That covers printing your design, doing a quality check, and getting everything packed up and ready to go.
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow along.
Delivery Estimates
Here’s a quick breakdown of what to expect:
Handling (production + packing): 3 to 5 business days Shipping (in transit): 6 to 8 business days Total from order to doorstep: roughly 9 to 13 business days
Keep in mind these are estimates. Depending on where you are and how busy the carriers get, it could be a little faster or slower.
Shipping Rates
Pretty straightforward:
Orders of $99.00 or more — free shipping Orders under $99.00 — $7.99 flat rate
What you see at checkout is what you pay. We don’t tack on handling fees or surprise charges after the fact.
Sales Tax
Tax gets calculated automatically at checkout based on where your order is being shipped. It follows state and local tax rules, and the amount shows up on your order summary before you hit the confirm button.
Carrier Services
We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS to get orders delivered across the lower 48. The carrier for your particular order depends on the package size and your location — our fulfillment team picks whichever option makes the most sense for getting your order there on time.
Order Tracking
You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is on its way. You can also check your order status anytime through the Order Tracking page on our site.
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3 business days after you got the shipping email, reach out to us and we’ll look into it.
Address Changes
Double-check your shipping address before you finish checkout. Once your order goes into production, we can’t change the address.
If you catch a mistake right away, email us at contact@letsox.com and we’ll try to fix it — but once printing starts, there’s not much we can do.
If a package gets returned to us because of a wrong address, you’d be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Damaged Items
If something shows up damaged, let us know within 7 days. Send us your order number, a quick description, and a few photos of the damage. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund — no cost to you.
Lost Packages
If tracking says delivered but you don’t have it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Still missing? Contact us within 7 days and we’ll open an investigation with the carrier.
If tracking shows your package hasn’t moved for more than 10 business days past the estimated delivery date, get in touch with us. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and either reship your order or issue a refund depending on the outcome.
Issue Resolution
For any shipping problem — damaged, lost, whatever it is — we aim to get it sorted within 5 to 7 business days after you report it. We’ll keep you posted by email as things progress.
Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items
Since everything is made to order, running out of stock isn’t really a concern for us. That said, occasionally a specific garment color or size might be temporarily unavailable from our supplier. If that happens, we’ll email you right away with your options: wait for restock, pick a different option, or get a full refund.
During busy seasons or big sales, handling might take an extra day or two. We’ll update the site if that’s the case.
Delays Outside Our Control
Sometimes things happen that are out of our hands — bad weather, carrier slowdowns, natural disasters, that kind of thing. We can’t take responsibility for those delays, but we’ll stay on top of it and keep you informed if your order is affected.
