These are the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for LetSox. They cover everything about how you use our website at https://letsox.com/ (the “Site”) and what to expect when you shop with us. By browsing, creating an account, or placing an order, you’re agreeing to what’s laid out here. If any of this doesn’t sit right with you, please don’t use the Site.
We tried to keep this as readable as possible, but it’s still a legal document — so please take a few minutes to go through it.

LetSox is a custom-printed apparel brand operated by X19 Garment Joint Stock Company. We design and sell made-to-order clothing shipped within the contiguous United States. Nothing on our shelves is pre-made — every piece gets printed after your order comes in.

Quick Definitions
A few terms come up throughout this page, so here’s what they mean:
“Site” — the LetSox website at https://letsox.com/ and all its pages.
“Services” — anything you can do on the Site, from browsing to ordering to reaching out to support.
“Products” — the apparel and other items we sell.
“You” or “Customer” — the person using the Site or making a purchase.
“Device” — whatever you’re accessing the Site from. Phone, laptop, tablet, desktop — all of it.

Who Can Use the Site
You need to be at least 18 years old to use the Site or make a purchase. If you’re under 18, you can only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Site, you’re telling us that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is truthful and accurate.
Your Account
Creating an account is optional, but if you do, a few things apply:
You’re the one responsible for keeping your login details safe. Don’t share your password with anyone. Everything that happens under your account — orders, changes, messages — is your responsibility. If you think someone has accessed your account without permission, email us at contact@letsox.com immediately.
We can suspend or close accounts that appear to be misused, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.
How Ordering Works
Here’s the short version of what happens when you place an order with us:
You pick a product, complete checkout, and your payment gets processed right then and there. Once payment clears, your order enters our production queue. Our fulfillment team prints the design, runs a quality check, packs it up, and hands it off to one of our shipping carriers — FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Because every order is printed fresh, there are a couple of things worth knowing. We can only cancel orders within 12 hours of placement. After that, your item is likely already in production and we can’t pull it back. If you need to cancel within that window, email us as fast as you can.

Pricing and Payments
All prices on the Site are shown in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but price changes won’t affect orders that have already been placed and confirmed.
At checkout, your total will include the product price, applicable shipping costs (free on orders of $99 or more, $7.99 flat rate under $99), and any sales tax required by your state. That’s the full amount — we don’t sneak in extra charges after the fact.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely through Stripe and PayPal. We never see or store your card details. For more information, see our Payment Methods.
Product Descriptions and Accuracy
We do our best to make sure product images, colors, descriptions, and sizing are accurate. That said, screens display colors differently, so there may be slight variations between what you see online and the actual product. This isn’t a defect — it’s just how screens work.
If something is significantly different from what was described, that falls under our Refund and Return Policy and we’ll make it right.
What You Can and Can’t Do on the Site
You’re welcome to browse, shop, and use the Site for personal purposes. What you can’t do:
Copy, redistribute, or resell any content from the Site — including product images, descriptions, and designs — without our written permission. Use the Site for anything illegal or in a way that could harm, disable, or overload it. Try to access parts of the Site that aren’t meant for you, like backend systems or other customers’ accounts. Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data from the Site. Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity when placing an order or contacting us.
If we catch any of this happening, we reserve the right to block access, cancel orders, or take whatever action we think is appropriate.
Intellectual Property
Everything on the Site — the brand name, logo, product designs, images, page layouts, and written content — belongs to X19 Garment Joint Stock Company or our licensors. You can’t use any of it without our permission.

Cookies

Returns and Refunds
The quick version: you have 30 days from delivery to start a return. Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after we approve the return. We don’t charge restocking fees.

Limitation of Liability
We work hard to keep the Site running well and to deliver quality products. But here’s what we need to be upfront about:
LetSox and X19 Garment Joint Stock Company are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that come from using the Site or purchasing products through it. This includes but isn’t limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Site or a purchase won’t exceed the amount you actually paid us for the order in question.
This doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be waived by contract.
Indemnification
If something you do on the Site — or any violation of these Terms on your part — leads to a claim, lawsuit, or damages against us, you agree to cover our costs. That includes reasonable legal fees. This applies to X19 Garment Joint Stock Company, our affiliates, employees, and partners.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Severability
If any part of these Terms turns out to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that specific part will be adjusted to the minimum extent necessary. The rest of the Terms remain fully in effect.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last Updated” date at the top. If the changes are significant, we may also post a notice on the Site or send you an email.
Continuing to use the Site after any changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you don’t agree with the changes, stop using the Site.
